Price quoted is for estimated development time, based on the project at the scope outlined below. Additional page requirements, or integrations of features not included here will be invoiced separately as add-on items, and a quote may be provided prior to development if requested.
WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
- Custom website design matching your existing logo and any other branding materials you provide.
- Responsive website layout: website design compatible with various screen resolution and mobile devices; layout shifts and resizes based on the size of device a visitor is viewing the website from.
- One website design concept with one revision of the home page design.
- Create navigation menu and mobile menu.
- Development of website static pages.
- One page is defined as up to 750 words of simply formatted text and 2-3 images.
- 8-10 stock photos from Iceberg Web Design collection. Additional stock photography may be purchased, or photos may be provided.
- Parallax Scrolling Support.
- Video production services or purchase of stock video not included.
- Written instructions to make website changes, add content, upload pictures, and add blog posts after the website is live. Video training resource provided.
TWO BASIC ONLINE CONTACT FORMS
- Creation of two basic online forms on website for visitors to fill out.
- Form may include up to 6 text input fields.

General website maintenance, updates, and development support to be invoiced at our current hourly rate.
Bliss Drive is available weekdays 8am – 6pm for ongoing website maintenance, updates, and training. Website development and addition of new website features is invoiced monthly, prorated in 15 minute increments. Website maintenance may include content updates or changes, new page creation, photo gallery additions, home page slideshow modifications, picture changes or additions, adding videos, or setting up new features. Bliss Drive can provide a quote for large updates and changes upon request. Turnaround time on small website maintenance and update requests is one business day, though generally requests for small updates and additions are completed within a few hours.
Payment Terms for Website Development and Website Hosting
Bliss Drive requires a 50% down payment on all website development projects. After project commences, progress billing will be implemented at a rate of 25% of the remaining balance due per month. Any changes to project scope or timeline will require a change order to be completed, and may affect final project cost. All website development quotes are valid for 30 days, and pricing is subject to change after this time. Website hosting service begins on the day the project is started. A 30 day notice is required to cancel website hosting service.
